  1. Yup, it does. Leave the pico power cord at work . If I had a habit of regularly forgetting power cords, I'd probably own multiple . /me checks his laptop bag. Oh! I do own multiples.

  3. No, and no. The dac is powered by usb. The battery is charged by the charger, and the amp powered by it while plugged in.
  4. What does cheap memory have to do with hard drives?
  5. Given the above limitations, I'll obviously have to recommend cerebus
  6. That's cute, you still have pictures of your first grade art project
  7. Short answer: cheap and works with the video dock Long answer: I'll wait til the bigger touch is available and cheaper.
  8. The absurd prices people will pay for them are why I got to own hp1s . I found a deal, bought them because I knew I wouldn't lose money on them. Not my thing, but I'm glad I had them.
  9. If you use high enough heat, the label and all those nasty grooves will fall right off, leaving a nice pretty noise free surface
  10. If it's something you'd be willing to email using googlemail, it's probably secure enough. If not, I'd say don't do it
  11. black 5th gen 30gb ipod to use with the sonic video55 dock I got in the wootoff.
  12. Caps beat Canes then Habs beat Sens! now if the leafs would win over the sabres, it'd be a great night
  13. Kind of like conversations between friends. If you're trying to use this place as a flea market, there are better options.
  14. In the duet control panel (maestro), tell it to mute headphones when mute is off and mute speakers when mute is on, then use the volume wheel (push and hold) to toggle between them.
  15. I love my m3 with grados.
  16. 3 woot monkies 3 woot remote control UFOs 3 woot 2mp digital cameras (1 per kid over age 5) 1 woot sonic impact video55 ipod video dock (no, I don't own an ipod video, it's to act as a display for my denon dvd2900) 12 cases of MREs (ok, I buy those tomorrow) 2 acomdata mini sized hard drive enclosures 2 seagate 750 gb drives (one killed itself when i disconnected it to put it in the acomdata case, so it's replacement is on the way) a light fixture from home depot
  17. To suggest that Vicki and I (and the many others that dislike ultrasone headphones) don't like it because of what we had for breakfast is absurd. To my ears, the ultrasones sound like they should sound good, except that they don't sound like what I know is in the recording. A large percentage of what I listen to I did the recording. I'm not a fan of the Edition9, they sound wrong. I'm not going to bother with them any farther, because I don't like what they do to the sound.

  19. I didn't vilify it, and it's not s-logic that's the problem. I don't like it, and it's the way they sound that's the problem.
  20. My understanding is Miles was crushed by the lack of response to on the corner, and then the positive response to head hunters, and all but quit making music for 10 years.
  21. Best bluetooth headset ever.
  22. My serious recommendation is It's the album that begat head hunters. It ruined miles, it started "lite jazz", but it's great.
