In addition to some great recipes there is a lot of other interesting information in there about the bar and what they use. Definitely recommended.

Pisco Sour (Difford's Variation) 2 1/2 oz Pisco 1 oz Lime Juice 1/2 oz Simple Syrup 1/2 Egg White 1 dash Orange Flower Water Shake vigorously and fine strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with 3 drops Amargo Chuncho bitters.

It's hard to get the grenadine the right color unless you either use nasty chemical dyes or dried hibiscus flowers. Still, you may be right.
