I'm going to get onto the installer, who is a standup guy and a fair-sized account for LG I would think. Maybe he can shake something loose.

My 2017 LG OLED has developed some nasty screen artefacts. Don't think it's burn-in but am guessing they will tell me it's burn-in and tough luck.
