Youd need at least 3 beers in you to order a JH13

Considering it too..it's just a bit pricey when looking at all my expenses at the moment. I await impressions anxiously.

    Buggeration indeed . Dammit!
  5. Nice! Would have loved to have been there. The LCD-2 is looking mighty interesting now. Good to see that we have readily available orthos on the level of T50v1 (or better).
  6. Dammit, this is confusing news for bassheads like me!
  7. HE-5, makes you get so horny that you give yourself cancer.... I can see them using that in their next advertising campaign .
  8. You got scammed, send the seller here: http://www.head-case.org/forums/off-topic/7357-rape-tunnel.html It's not worth a great deal, something like between $15-50 depending on the day
  9. Audeze has told me the LCD2 had a slightly larger and more efficient driver...... I didnt ask him about thin-ness though.
  10. WOWs! this was sooner than I expected... I wasnt sure about the headband. But I like the way it still has that kind of retro Engineer design look it. The cups look good and the pads look like they are v.comfy (if they are anything like Denon pads then deffo. I wonder what the price is.....
  11. Looks like a speaker driver. But Strathearn were part of the Rank Organisation. In turn these were all basically the old school Fostex drivers.

Hah, a suprisingly less cruel reception (or maybe not so suprising). Welcome.
  15. Haha at ortho wierdo's comment . I think this could be a good frame for the multiple driver experiments. Otherwise i dont picture it that grat for anything else due to the closed nature... Maybe if someone really wanted a closed Audeze.
  16. Do you mean the itunes library? You can get itunes to arrange the library in artist/album heiarchy so the whole thing is organised.
  17. Definately great, looks like it can just take a straight iTunes library now (alac, mp3 and aac) Thanks for the answer to my hdd question, looks like its time to save up some pennies!
  18. Hi there, Are you able to test whether a 2.5" portable usb drive works with this unit? Im a little worried if the squeezebox can power the drive. Thanks
  19. Ahh great, I think i was just under the assumption it was harder to drive a 2.5" drive than say a flash drive. Anyway great news!
  20. Do you think it will be able to accept a usb bus powered 2.5" drive? If so I am in for one
  21. Does anyone know if any of the already existing Squeezboxes (or similar products) can do this (work as a standalone system without a pc needing to be on at the same time). Thanks
  22. No way! id say quite a lot of vintage orthos look darn cool
  23. buon compleanno Tony
  24. But you are known to like your trebles a little prominent . All of us have different tastes (and matching gear). So whats perfect for one, is maybe overkill for another.
