I don't, but you have to start somewhere. Besides, the "Texas Crutch" isn't the end of the world.

I realized the other month that I haven't touched my DSLR in almost a year and have taken (in my opinion) some perfectly wonderful photos. So I'm in the camp that says ~90% of the time the phone is all you'll need and a good chunk of that is because the phone will always be with you. There's no camera that can be there when it isn't there, you know? I do look forward to replacing my phone (iPhone 6) with something a little better and admit to being drawn to the 7+ specifically for it's camera. Don't get me wrong, I don't think I've gotten to a place where I'll only use my phone as a camera but it's closer than I imagined it'd be 5 years ago and wouldn't be surprised if we're pretty much there in less than 5. Shooting sports is about the only place I think to bring the big rig and most days it just doesn't happen.

Bummer Shelly, but like you said, there's literally another one around the corner.

	Here's to hoping, Jacob!

Congrat, Shelly! That did and sounds like it will continue to move fast.

Happy birthday, Mike! I like Al's mixed metaphor.

Noise canceling headphones for portable DVD player
n_maher replied to postjack's topic in Headphones
https://www.innerfidelity.com/content/jbl-everest-elite-700-wireless-noise-canceling-over-ear-headphones I personally don't find that any full-sized headphones isolate enough to be useful in terms of noise reduction so for non-IEMs I'd say active noise cancelling is the way to go. -
	Happy Birthday, Justin!

Good luck, Jacob. It's past time something broke your way.

	Happy belated, David!

No, his name is Shawn. I've had relatively few flats in my time in the saddle and hope the trend continues.

Jeff, Have you check to make sure that the rim tape is intact? I had a friend get something like 6 flats in 15 miles due to an issue like that. He eventually just threw his bike in the woods and walked away - he did go back and get it later...

	Happy Birthday, Kerry!

Went out for a quick spin on the MTB today on the trails behind my house. A neighbor pointed me to a new section, which is a hoot. Good news is that the test of the 1x10 conversion that I had done last week went without a hitch.
