Nope on a "normal" edge of the lake and it has close-by neighbors on both sides. Still enough privacy though because of all the trees. Lower road traffic also.

We were one house from the water (across the road). Now we are going to be on the water.

Well the offer hasn't been accepted yet but I am guessing we'll get it after some haggling. No parties until we get the basement finishing done and get more bedrooms. This summer is looking family only for a bit.

Forgot to mention that I had to buy a cheap front wheel at Performance after discovering a cracked into Zipp front wheel hub. At least it's under CPSC recall so should be covered entirely but I really wish that Zipps didn't fall apart. This is my first front hub failure but I have had 2 rear hub failures. Ridiculous for any wheelset much less the "Clydesdale" build of $$$ wheels.
