No build issues in either that I can see. I'm sure there have been but not that I have personally experienced. Haven't tried the newer models but believe Oz is a distributor and has a pair of the HE-1000 so should be able to give them a try soon.Check out the Schitt Ragnarok. I sold my Emotiva gear and picked up a Ragnarok and could not be happier.Happy Birthday!
