I have never had cable, I do pretty much what you describe, with the emphasis on netflix. Bit of Redbox, bit of Amazon VOD (both usually when I get free coupon codes). Really don't miss it, and greatly prefer the on demand aspect of internet based viewing.

Split a Rodenbach Vintage '07 with my dad yesterday. My mother and sister both tried tiny sips and made very amusing faces. It was quite yummy though, I thought, one of my favorites. Since then, coffee (former boss's home roast), diet mt dew, tea, and water.

Thanks all, I had a good day yesterday. Parents and sister came up for a visit, had ramen for lunch and we went out to EN Japanese Brasserie for dinner.

Steve, that is on sale for $35 right now. Would it be suitable for cutting out IEC holes and stuff in aluminum? It definitely looks cool, I think I might want.

Me either. Taking a bit of a break, though I did buy 5 Rodenbach Cru's, a Beer Geek Brunch Weasel (weasel shit beer ftw I hope), a duel du ciel peche mortel, and a Terrazao de los Andes Reserva Malbec. No idea when I am gonna drink any though, and two are as gifts. Drinking diet cherry 7up right now, but just finished it. Probably switch to Turkey Hill iced tea next.
