Brisket begins in about 45 minutes.

Dusty, my wife has a fitbit Charge 2. Wears it to bed. If you can sleep with a watch on it will not affect you. However, if you move it does emit a green light (or at least I think it's green. I am color challenged). That can be annoying if you happen to see it.

Crack & Cheese paired very nicely with Makers Mark. No left overs. Difficult to compete with Yak and Alpaca My first ever brisket, a flat. Good bark, nice smoke ring, bursting with flavor, pulled apart perfectly but was a bit dry. Most likely the meat. I haven't grilled since we switched from charcoal to propane. Back at it with the pellet pooper. I'm having fun and some success.

New recipe last week, Crack & Cheese.

Peter had a nice summary. I had one of the ill fated Samsung Notes that was prone to catching fire. Replaced it with the v20. Do not use any phone for a DAP other than an occasional movie. No freezing/lag issues. Holds large sd cards and manages data quite well. Meets my needs.
