October 25, 20169 yr thanks... Hammond mfg will cut the 1455T2202 to length with a minimum of 25 pieces. I was thinking of going that route but don't want 25. The case pars found is nice as well. I'm in for either one

I have not followed up with them yet. I asked last week about their desktop enclosure and got a quote. Although the split body seems like a better idea. The dimensions might not be totally correct but the price should still be valid. I requested quotes for no cutouts as well as 6 holes in front and 5 holes in the rear. I asked for quantities up to 100 but there isn't much difference between 50 and 100 so I'll just go up to 50. November 2, 20169 yr I did a small update on the mini board to add a pad on the opposite side of the on board regulators. Here's and updated view...
November 2, 20169 yr What is the max power this can do? Either the mini or the regular one. I read in the thread that it can push 2.5W into 50 ohms class-A. Can you push it further into class-AB or is this purely class-A?
November 29, 20169 yr On aliexpress there is a vendor (breeze audio) who can do a customized chassis, but you need to order a minimum of 30 pieces.
December 10, 20169 yr Does anyone have a BOM for the transportable version going? I'm trying to place an order to intercept the board arrival. On a side note I like the switching supplies only costing ~11 a pop
December 11, 20169 yr I thought Kerry had posted a BOM for this? Here is the one I have from Kerry's . kerry mini ssdynalo-v1-4.xlsx
December 16, 20169 yr Mouser parts here - http://www.mouser.com/ProjectManager/ProjectDetail.aspx?AccessID=497a265867

December 17, 20169 yr Had difficulty finding the schematic for the mini in the usual place, is it posted? Trying to figure out how to configure the jumpers on the regulator given the IPM-15-24, choose the right output bias resistors (in the 255 spot) for a given jumper setting, and the AOT thingy.

December 17, 20169 yr Here are the schematics: I've got to look up the settings again for the positive rail. I'm running out in a bit so may need to do it later. EDIT: Ok so the silk screen should read 14.2V before you start bridging the jumpers. You should bridge 3P2V, 1P6V, 0P8V, 0P2V for a 20V output. Also, updated schematics to make them higher resolution. Edited December 17, 20169 yr by Kerry
December 17, 20169 yr In going through the BOMs I noticed R53 listed as 160K and on the PS schematic and silkscreen on the negative sense line labeled as 1.43M. I'll list more as I find them. Edited December 17, 20169 yr by GrindingThud
December 17, 20169 yr Also R1 and R3 should go to to 424 ohms. I also want to double check the LEDs in the bom as well. I can look at that when I get home later.
