December 5, 200916 yr We are pressing on but we miss the shit out of you and many others, Dinny. Moar crazy pics to come. Fruity Colin vs. Butterfinger and Angry Mexican vs. cinnamon bun are highlights. Damn, there is much alcohol flowing, and the amazing late-night appearance of the Meet Meister has kicked it up a notch.
December 5, 200916 yr Glad Mike was able to make it back. That should raise his, er, spirits a bit. I very much wish to be down there. Turned out for the best 'cuz Missus Monkey is sick in bed, so the little one and I will have some quality time tomorrow. But that ain't a head-case meet.
December 5, 200916 yr We're still raging, which is just silly. Incredibly strong and expensive and tasty beers are being wasted on our trashed pallets.
December 5, 200916 yr I wish I was there with you guys. I'm about to head out the door for the first of 3 hockey games this weekend.
December 5, 200916 yr Heh, I think Jack and I are going ice skating today. Hockey players we are not. I'm the guy whose ankles turn in while skating around the rink.
December 5, 200916 yr If Brent doesn't get a biscuit this morning, there's gonna be hell to pay. ^ I wish I was there with you guys. I'm about to head out the door for the first of 3 hockey games this weekend. Wish you were too, Dan. Especially since Vicki has her new MBP and doesn't know how to use it yet. **BRENT**
December 5, 200916 yr I'm starting to pack up my stuff, which means I'll be out of here around 9:30 to 10:00, so I'm figuring to be there about 11:00. Eeek. Time flies when you're drinking coffee and staring at the walls.
December 5, 200916 yr This thread makes me want to buy beer, HE-5s and confectionery. How'd that Ayre/Woo setup sound with JH13s?
December 5, 200916 yr i only hung out with the cool kids for an hour and change but finally got a chance to meet the dragon (he kinda looks like one), ari (not as scary as all the stories made him out to be), colin (waaaay cool dude. he greeted me with something from either star wars, star trek. i shall ask him if i see him again today) and scott (super cool dude as well). as always, it was a pleasure to see the old timers again. i am a freaking local and i had to miss last nights events =/ perhaps next time. hope everyone is having fun.
December 5, 200916 yr I cannot explain how much I wish I was there. Yet I understand. Moi aussi! As others have said, I miss all the alcohol hanging out with you crazies. It looks like you are off to a roaring start. Keep up the good work, but I fear for Florida when Mike gets there and you guys reach critical mass.
December 5, 200916 yr Fire alarm... 8:37am. Toast? Burnt. People? Pissed. It's been hypothesized that I was just too hot and set off the alarm. **BRENT**
December 5, 200916 yr Gotta love it the hotel fire alarm just went off a 830 am just as I was headed out for breakfast. Those still sleeping it off will be pissed.
December 5, 200916 yr Author Somebody call 911, Shawty fire burnin' on the dance floor, oh whoa whoa!
December 5, 200916 yr Gotta love it the hotel fire alarm just went off a 830 am just as I was headed out for breakfast. Those still sleeping it off will be pissed. How about those of us who are still drunk? Gene just stayed in his bed through the ear-piercing alarm and I went to see what was up. I came back up with the alarms still going and he was still there. All he said was "damn, this is annoying" and stayed right there.
December 5, 200916 yr If the hangover is severe enough, burning to death can seem the preferable option to getting out of bed. Been there.
