I am so glad I work minutes from 2 In n Outs. Double Double animal style with animal style fires too! ugh! chest pains! But good burger.

I'll try my hand at making the condiments. But In-In-Out beef is only good as far as fast food goes. I much prefer a my recipe on a grill, I'll give it a shot on a pan with the mustard grilling; should be an interesting experiment at least.

I like to eat the cow that likes to eat the grass. Those look damn good though.

I just had my first In n Out Monday when I was in SF. Double double and fries animal style. The burger was delicious but I feel like the fries would be better plain or just with the thousand island-ish sauce because it's too soggy otherwise.
