Russians getting digital video cameras and broadband has made the internet a whole lot more amusing.

The dialogue is even more wonderful, but alas, "mat" (мат), being such an elaborate vocabulary of slang to the point of being some sort of pidgin of Russian, is untranslatable. A gist:
