^^ That looks awesome Mikey...though I shouldn't partake of such things due to Passover laws. Of course, the bagel I had this morning when my niece and nephew (the astronaut-in-training) came by with their daughter was kind of delicious.

No pics, but Al, Claire, Alden, Dorothy and I tried out the new West County Pub last night. It's the former Iron Springs Brewery, that was bought by Henhouse Brewery. A very limited menu, but the $20 burger was pretty yummy. Fries are extra, but also very tasty. For me though the real star was the $9 strawberry bread pudding. I'm a bread pudding conaseur for sure, and this was one of my faves so far.

I had a short tailed Opossum as a pet once. They are a marsupial, but not sure if they're a true Opossum? A great pet though, even for beginners. I trained mine to use a small litter box quite easily. They're very clean, healthy, friendly and omnivores, so easy to feed as well. I fed mine a main diet of dry cat food, but also fed it earth worms, fruits and other snacks. It was as personable as my African pygmy Hedgehog. Both were really fun pets.

Made the most of the early part of the day when it was just windy. The headed to the in-laws where it snowed briefly, but otherwise was pleasant.

Oatmeal Johnny is mine. $5 deposit put down. I had a big opossum scratching at my door about a week ago. I think it smelled cat food. It ambled off when it saw me, when I opened the door, but not quickly. I like opossums a lot.

I just looked up Australian Possum, which I thought you spelled wrong. It's much cuter than the American Opossum. Maybe it's the missing 'O' that makes it more friendly looking? As scrappy as the Opossum looks, the fur is amazingly lush feeling.

Tommy Ten-Toes was adopted, but there is a 1 year old Tux who just came into the SPCA, and I think we are ready for a new cat now. I have been working with Silver on new stimulation. Heather just got a puppy, who will be here soon anyway. I will rename him “Oatmeal Johnny” if I can get him (I think I will be able to). I had a dream once in which I had a cat named “Oatmeal Johnny.” This cat feels like an “Oatmeal Johnny.” If somebody else called dibs already, so be it, but I have a good feeling.

mini T2 with Emission Labs Directly Heated Triodes. It didn’t blow up. Left channel offset servo didn’t work so I replaced its ksc2690 with a 1K trimmer. GLAD PÅSK! written on the copper clad is Swedish for Happy Easter!

Spending my first night at home in a few days. My mother was okay today and yesterday (at least what passes for her after surgery), but there was a bad reaction to tramadol the day before which ended in agitated hallucinatory delusions for about 18 hours. It was rough.
