Not eating just yet, but Dorothy, Milo and myself are going to an English pub for dinner in about 30 minutes. I'm pretty sure I'm having the Guiness stew, since my boss raved about it. I've had the fish and chips, which is excellent. And the chicken curry is also supposed to be fantastic. Pics to follow.

Got everything put together and the VRS system running. My only issue was chip out on the edges and I forgot to lower the speed of the router so probably shortened its life a bit.

Never found those smaller fingers, so didn't make much progress with the pink guitar yet, but my son got it a few months ago and was noodling around. Well... turns out Fender is doing a promo where you get a "free" Squier starter kit + a year of Fender Play (lessons/app.) Should be here in a few days, but going to hold off until Satanmas, as this may be "my gift" from the fam. We shall see. Probably need a bass amp (that cost more than this much-more-budget-friendly-than-a-PRS-guitar bass). This thing is going to hold SOOOO many clothes.

if you have a bottomless portafilter, does the stream consolidate into a single stream or is it a shower or multiple streams? It's probably crumbling because you're getting better extraction. Watch the pour, and stop it a little after you get blonding, and you should have a good shot. Experiment with that and find out where your sweet spot is for flavor.

I'll keep it in Mind; Fender is doing 12 Days of Deals right now, so I'm keeping an eye out for that too. I was seeing something about this Boss Katana 110 that has a bunch of effects and whatnot that seems interesting. I have a Line 6 for the guitar that's a modeling amp, and it's definitely cool to play with.

Just saw this. I read and saw some really bad reviews on YouTube and online. Apparently the non stick last about 15 minutes. Kind of makes sense, because there is stainless above the non stick.

At least I used Festool and clamped the system to a Festool MFT.

One thing I started doing after the espresso machine acquisition is placing a couple of small pieces of masking tape between the rotating rings/parts so I could see if they were drifting (require recalibration) given I use the Niche for pour over in the morning and for espresso after lunch. YMMV... HS
