  1. Big Fun (2022 Remaster) Miles Davis 1974 https://album.link/i/205881623 Example: A Pretty epic listen - I had to take it in two chunks. The original was a 4 song double album. The reissue turns it into an 8 track 2 hour and 22 minute journey. High caliber stuff.

  4. For those in the Bay Area through early April, SFMOMA has a Bernd & Hilla Becher exhibit going on ( https://www.sfmoma.org/exhibition/bernd-hilla-becher/ ) and the great Fraenkel Gallery ( https://fraenkelgallery.com/exhibitions/bernd-and-hilla-becher-2023 ), around the corner, is doing a companion show through the 25th.

  5. Well, it’s almost 10 years ago I made the “original layouts”. Just found another version of a layout on my computer from that time. A part of it shows (in ugly yellow circle) a RES90 resistor with text "Resistor I=1,3mA". There is also room for three standing resistors instead of one power resistor.

  8. I love Chris Rea. I usually hate blues (other than Robert Cray, Albert Collins, and other 80's blues guitarists), but his blues box set has totally ruined me -- it's entirely listenable, but now I can't listen to anything else any more.

  9. Why do I have a sneaking feeling this is a direct copy of the T8000. All the controls are the same, same inputs too with the option slot as well... Yeah not good at all.

  10. The news gets worse and worse for Turkey and Syria. Another aftershock hit a number of hours ago. Rescue workers are having problems because roads are out. The airport is so full with rescue workers that incoming aid relief are having to wait in the planes on the tarmac until the airport is clear enough. There are those still alive and knocking on pipes from below the rubble waiting for rescue to arrive and relatives digging with bare hands. Made even worse by truly awful weather conditions My heart goes out to Syria too - war torn, and only one open border crossing with Turkey. RIP the thousands who have died. https://www.theguardian.com/world/live/2023/feb/07/turkey-earthquake-syria-in-turkiye-2023-live-updates-latest-news-map-magnitude-7-8-scale-quake-tremor-death-toll-gaziantep-kahramanmaras
