It sounds like the location and price are good, so I'd be willing to put up with a little more, especially with the Realtor kicking in. As Doug said, while it may be a buyer's market on a macro scale, each house will sell for what the market will bear. And this sounds like a good situation long-term. I'd say fight for what you can, but don't sweat it overall. And as you say, get some other satisfaction that the sellers could have gotten more and aren't.....

That explains a lot. We went up to Montreal & Quebec City last year, and on the way up stopped at a Tim Horton. All 3 of us quite disappointed.....very nice folks serving us, but food & coffee quality sub-par.

I was into them for a while. Went to see a concert they headlined, and the opener just blew them away. The opener? Nine Inch Nails. No one in the crowd had heard of them, but we recognized about a dozen people at Tower Records after the concert, grabbing that NiN CD.....

Yeah, I still have my 8-Track player, will have to get this.....hope it doesn't cut off songs between tracks. I still remember Pink Floyd - Animals on 8-track. Several LONG songs, and what do they cut via fade-out and -in? Pigs On The Wing, the SHORTEST fucking song on the album.... I've been waiting all these years for 8-track redemption, now it appears it is coming. And, no, I won't get this in any of the F O R M A T's

Sorry to hear it lingers, Larry, but every step is hopefully getting you better, even if there's side-steps along the way. And good news about McKenna..... Stay strong! Home should be good for recuperation, just don't try to extend yourself.
