I have one that could use a tune-up, I think I got it from JP#. Should really have a look at it, but have a Rega P3-24 that's keeping the Sony packed away. Nice 'tables for sure!

^^^ Groooooooaaaaaaaannnnnn Jose: hope things work out OK for you, sorry you even have to go through this (again). And sorry to hear of your tire woes, Fitz. I miss having a car with a full-size spare, those donut spares are a PITA. And no rim damage I hope(?)....

Just to intrude with something useless, some of this talk reminded me of an old comic I had some years ago by B. Kliban.

You could go with the longest single-word palindrome....but it may be tough to pronounce (and has little relevance to kitties, I'd hope) "saippuakivikauppias" The longest known palindromic word is saippuakivikauppias (19 letters), which is Finnish for a dealer in lye (caustic soda)

Wow, what happened between "very affectionate" to "drawing blood less often"

Ian, good to see/hear from you! Formatting was weird on that post, but knowing the music you like, will definitely check out AA Williams! Hope you and family are all well, safe, and happy!

What the heck.... But to interrupt the trend.....Karen and I decided last minute to go up to Maine condo today, and was well worth it with a visit to a trail in Biddeford. Near a golf course and Goose Rocks Beach, it's part of an Audubon Sanctuary.

RIP Alex....I hope God has studied up!

Headed up to Maine today, it's a Partridge-Family-like sunshiney day! We were getting ready for lunch when we heard the good news on Biden. The celebratory lunch was with a nice view of the water and bridge to Kennebunkport, then on the way to our condo we encountered the obvious. No wonder we see a fair bit of Trump signs....
