Went to a local H Mart to buy bunch of things for my folks who are up in Maine (i.e., with no decent Asian food store around) before visiting them in few days. Found out first hand that it's much more pleasant experience to go to H Mart on a weekday than on a weekend.

Well, they do say "ask and you shall receive" except they don't say what exactly you will receive....

I actually called my mom in Maine to see how they're doing (she's got a septic tank and too much rain makes for an unpleasant situation). She told me they got basically nothing, comparatively speaking, with no major issues in her area (near Bar Harbor). So the mid to northern Maine appears to be fine. The southern Maine, on the other hand, is probably underwater and no longer on the map.

FWIW, I've always liked Herbie's stuff I've tried. I recently bought Threaded Stud Gliders for my speakers and they've made moving/making adjustments so much easier on the hardwood floor. They also made the speaker bit more stable than with the spikes, which is a plus in my book.
