I'll say this... Bannon definitely has an interesting past.

New Arcade Fire.
Just finished listening for the second time.
It is solid, but they set the bar so high I'm finding it hard not to feel a little disappointed.
Fun read.
I was born in 85 and I think I'm about 5-10 years too young for most of the references.
I think RP1 might be better as a movie than it was as a book. I'll be looking forward to it next year.
One lesson I've learned over the years is to try and not assume the opposition is dumb.
If they get this ACA repeal though then they will be the ones who have laughed last.

McCain often says one thing and does another.
I respect McCain's experiences and his service, but I've always strongly disliked his views, and his voting record shows why.
I hope he recovers soon and lives a long and happy life, but I also hope he retires from government ASAP.
I use an ultra-wide monitor at work and I love it. I highly recommend it over multi-monitor unless you actually have a use case that requires multiple monitors.
I use a 34" ultra-wide, but if you wanted to do TOTL then this Dell 38" is state-of-the-art.

Are We There - Sharon Van Etten
Massive hat-tip to the new season of Twin Peaks for turning me on to Sharon and a bunch of other acts I would not have otherwise noticed. Having a different band perform in the bar at the end of each episode is so damn cool.
