Paid. Thanks!!!!The SRX-P's design is great for its simplicity. (In my experience with this amp) Most of the problems are caused by the tubes. We shouldn't be as reluctant to something as simple as tubes replacement. It is a simple and inexpensive test (a set of current production tubes is cheap)We have been confined at home for 9 days and it seems that we will be at least another two weeks ... The positive is that I am listening to more music than ever. Mammal HandsAlex loves this ... he likes to listen to it before going to sleep.Now the "Digital Concert Hall" of Berliner Philharmoniker is free for one month. I have been since last Friday in home (I work in a multinational) and here in Spain we have been officially since Monday... and it seems that we have at least two or three more weeks.Remedy for nostalgic:If the valves are the "correct" my SRX´P is completely silent. However now that we have time, I think the next update will be to pass the heating strands to 12.6vDCWe've all had issues with hum on the SRX-P. A couple of weeks ago I changed the CV4024 for a pair of GE 5751 in the second stage and I had a Hum, always on the same channel.... Just I swap them out for a other pair and the problem is over. Interestingly this pair of GE 5751 in the Megatron are totally silent.Yesterday I realized that, unconsciously over the years, I have bought almost all of Trane's discography on vinyl. Today touch this PS: Every day I enjoy more of my Pass Xono DIY.Unfortunately I'm going to have a lot of time to go over my vinyl collection ...Ahhhh one of those 50s bubble cars inspired by the space age...
