That certainly is true, if we can combine great talent with great recordings then we may be able to sell some records.

HDtracks.com Hi-Res 96/24 downloads
I purchased Rebecca Pidgeon "The Raven" and Marta Gomez "Cantos De Agua Dulce". They sound great through my pico. These Chesky recordings are excellent, clear and dynamic.

i love dim sum, unfortunately the one chinese restaurant in camarillo that serves it was just awful. i'll have to wait to go to empress pavilion in chinatown.

i need ramen!
VC is pretty much a culinary wasteland of fast food, some decent barbeque and some decent mexican restaurants. And a few thai restaurants that are okay. For good eats, I always head to LA. For ramen or anything else, LA's the place. I think it's Chen's Szechwan Restaurant, on Los Arboles near Erbes. And yes it is pretty good. Although I haven't eaten there in ages.

AMR CD-77 vs. Reimyo CDP-777
Nice write up, it makes me want to spend some quality time listening to your rig. The AMR and Reimyo are both nice looking CDPs. Does your friend share your feelings as to the sound of both these sources?

I haven't tried ebisu ramen, where are they located? I have been visiting the Rameniac.com for some pretty good ramen reviews.

I've heard good things about fathersoffice, but have yet to try it. I agree with you here! For kababs, I like Shirin on Ventura Blvd in Woodland Hills. The chicken barge is excellent and always plenty of food. I haven't tried here either, but there are lots of great thai food in thai town. My favorite is a little hole in the wall Sanamluang Cafe, excellent food, excellent prices, but it may be a cash only place. If you're in Woodland Hills, you should try Go's market, he has a sushi bar in the back which is excellent. The clam is so fresh I saw it move off of the rice. Not much for atmosphere, but the sushi is top notch. I love Paco's, one of my favorite mexican restaurants, I love the fresh made tortillas! Lot's of great choices in LA- jinp6301 is 21!
HAPPY Penis BIRTHDAY!!!- Favorite Places you like to eat in your area and why
Riceboy, Great thread. I love to eat in your neighborhood rather than mine. I am going to Roy's Restaurant for dinner tonight, the service is always good and friendly. And the food is usually very good. I can't wait to go back to Hawaii this summer, Breakfast, Lunch & Crab for the beef stew omlette, yummy. Leonard's Malasadas, Zippys, Rainbow Drive inn, the list goes on and on... Aloha - Favorite Places you like to eat in your area and why
