I'm a fan, but really only listen to BIB. The donnington concert is amazing though. Some of the songs from various albums I heard there for the first time just don't cut it when listening to the studio versions afterwards.

For the SACD's, Moanin beats LeeWay for audio quality, I think. Based off memory.

Now that I think about it, the best answer is the citizen steely dan box set.

That guy gets props for maintaining composure though.

(Fantasy vinyl series) I'm pretty sure people will like that one, even if they aren't inclined to like jazz. I'll bet if you search high and low on these forums you may even find people who have it

Pretty cool, though there are other 2-drive models with smaller footprints out there. Seems a bit strange to be so big just to accommodate flash cards, which don't take up much room. I do want to get an e-sata model someday, though I should probably upgrade to esata via PCI first.

HP 2133, with vista 32bit business, iirc. its current use is tv-viewing/internet-surfing-while-at-the-parents-house-on-weekend-visits, so it never really ended up being an audio-based tool, as I originally planned. The mac mini is much more desirable at work. (the 2133 had at one point been my work-audio computer, along with a pico)
