  1. Got a Ninja Professional blender for the office so hopefully will be more participative in this thread. I have been doing a lot of smoothies at home, but they have been boring so never bothered posting. Hopefully people will bring in some interesting stuff for our office Smoothie Bar.
  2. One of my favorites from the current Hi Res collection.

Had an impulse non-watch, but watch-related purchase at the watch store while ordering a new Breitling bracelet. Bought it for the desk to store my cocaine, etc. in the new office. Solid bronze.
  4. Great pic. The D750 seems to be agreeing with you.
  5. Not sure yet, bought tickets on Fandango for the 3:50 showing. Do they have color pictures these days?
  6. Bought a ticket to go to my first movie in a theater in I would guess around 15-20 years. I figure one every couple of decades is a good average. Theaters seem to have much better beer lists now than the last time I went to the theater. https://d994l96tlvogv.cloudfront.net/uploads/cafe/menu/afcmosaic-menu-lounge.pdf
  7. Watching the 2015 New Orleans Jazz Festival. Why is there no Jazz at this Jazz Festival?

That is nice. I was wondering how much of an up charge those things could be on some watches. I went to the Rolex dealer next to the guitar shop I was visiting and they think the earliest they will see new Pelagos will be July.

I wish the cheapskates at Rolex would provide a nice travel case like comes with all my cheap Breitlings. Jacob, are the extra links for the Tudor going to be outrageously expensive?
  10. Smoked Paprika Mayo. All grass fed beef, really good and the Orpheus DIPA was really good, and strong.
  11. Farm Burger's #6, Onion Rings and an Orpheus Brewing DIPA.
  12. Pretty amazing.

I am getting to the point where I might forego the first generation in house movement and ugly dial and just get the current Pelagos. I really cannot get over the haiku written on the face of the new Pelagos.

You are a big fan of Nachos like Brent?
  15. VPI replied to Dusty Chalk's topic in Miscellaneous
That is nuts. I have never seen one on the streets. Only time I actually have seen them have been 100s of miles from my house in the few stores that sell them.

Tourneau told me April. Have not seen that to be true.
  17. Watched The Red Road, another Netflix mess. I swear it is like they come up with an interesting idea and then hire a bunch of stoned people to write the plots at Netflix.

Just finished watching James Cameron's DeepSea Challenge on Netflix. Seeing that Rolex DeepSea functioning at a depth over 35,000 feet is pretty amazing. They had it on the articulating arm out in the water and he said 16,000 lbs/sq. in. and the thing was going strong. Might have to get one of those.
  19. I hope they shoot up a shield so you do not have to look at those speakers in your house.
  20. I am enjoying the room pics myself. It has been too long since I have gone to an audio show.

Brent, I found another super easy song for you tonight at a little jam session. Guns n' Roses "Used to Love Her" Would be a super easy song for the family and would be hilarious to teach the kids to play it for their mom.

Nice choices Brent. Lawson Family Mariachi Band here we come!!!!
  23. I could suspend the very existence of disbelief and I would still expect the blind guy to run off the side of the building 4 seconds into that scene.
  24. Yep, that is about it. I loved the blind guy doing Parkour and knowing where all the ladders were and when to jump from building to building at full speed in the last episode I watched.
  25. I am trying to like it, but 70% of each episode seems to be the tubby bad guy or the tubby law partner crying about something and the other 30% is Daredevil getting his ass kicked. I also can't get past how cheesy the bad guys are and the fact that the tiny Chinese bad lady decided that the most efficient way to measure and package her drugs is to use a bunch of blind people.
