What are you EATING right now?
Actually, I'm a huge fan of both garlic and horseradish, so I will try them as a one-off at some point in the future. Oregano leapt out at me, so I went with that -- I also reduced the amount of yogurt, and increased the dill. Came out great. That's my basis, from which I will vary.

Coordinated outfits!- Fuck in snow
No, I never even started the car. It was funny, when I came out the next day, all the ice was completely gone. If I hadn't seen it the day before, I wouldn't have known anything.- The Knuckledragger 3rd Memorial Slow Forum Post
Agreed. My sister had a cat that liked to climb up on your shoulders and occasionally drape herself over your head. It felt cute. Even her teeny tiny little claws. A different kind of cute:- The Knuckledragger 3rd Memorial Slow Forum Post

Boris Blank released Electrified last year with the ultimate super deluxe package containing a variety of formats, but mostly more current: CD, DVD, cassette... link- Fuck in snow
You're going to tempt fate? Really?!? No, not that batman & robin, this one: It literally looked that dramatic/fake, the consistency of the thickness of the ice on both horizontal and vertical surfaces, and the icicles were of a random yet consistent nature.- What are you listening to Part the Third
A Tidal mix of contemporary electronic records (Sohn, Tycho, etc.). (Clicked on playlists->Electronic->albums->playlist of most popular tracks from these albums.)- Fuck in snow
We got a pass, looks like. We were supposed to get freezing rain with a warm front turning it into plain rain, but it was so dry that it was evaporating before it hit the ground, and by the time enough moisture accumulated to let it make it to the ground, it was no longer freezing. Still pretty slick, though, but not as bad as Sunday (for us). My car looked like a prop from The Day After Tomorrow. Or Batman & Robin.- Happy birthday Craig Sawyers!
Happy belated! (doppler shifted party favour noise)- Happy Birthday, Nate!

Cumin was actually a nice touch, albeit kind of a disjoint taste -- I only put a little bit in, and that worked just fine, but I don't think I could put in any more without drawing unwanted attention to the disjointness ... need something more...Black pepper? Turmeric? I don't want it spicy hot, so no hot red pepper flakes or anything, but I don't think a little bit of bite would be out of place -- probably I'm craving the same thing people who enjoy blue cheese dressing crave, though I can't get past the blue cheese. So basically, blue cheese without the mold. Ideas? In lieu of anything else, I'll just dump a lot more dill in next time, that part was good.- What are you listening to Part the Third
Little People, Mickey Mouse Operation -- I love this album so hard. >.<- World Health Organization: "<hour listening per day"
Oh, yeah, seriously, have you ever been around a vuvuzela? It is the bane of hearing and sanity wherever it goes. Yeah, Doug, that would be appreciated, if you know what to look for, I haven't had a chance yet. Especially if you have insider knowledge.- World Health Organization: "<hour listening per day"
WHAT?!?!? No, seriously, what? (wanders off to look up that research)- And now what did you do TODAY?
It made perfect sense to me, other than the word, 'speaker'.- Batteries in the washing machine
A front loader should have a clean cycle that you're supposed to run it through (once a month or so, IIRC) -- perhaps now would be a good time to run it through that cycle. Juan can probably speak better to this, but the only time you don't want to use water is when it's on the skin, because it'll spread it before it dilutes it, but even in the cases of emergency, you still want to run water -- you just want to make sure you use enough water to completely wash it off. Juan, I realize this isn't your area of expertise, but is this something you know about?- World Health Organization: "<hour listening per day"
link My attitude on "less than an hour a day of listening" (which seems to be the takeaway on Facebook, although it should be "...less than an hour a day of too loud listening...") is this:- What are you listening to Part the Third
It's one of those timeless albums.- What are you listening to Part the Third
Was released 40 years ago about a month from now (3/29).- Post what you're watching
I'm only on episode 6, but I'm loving this season -- it's the best character growth I've seen in any show since Deadwood. Just amazing. Also watching Blacklist -- Spader has some of the best charisma I've seen in a morally ambiguous character. And yes, I mean I like him even more than Frank Underwood. I just got to the episode with the music box.- Batteries in the washing machine
The battery acid would have done some damage or discoloration to the sheets before the sheets transferred any acid to your face. They're more sensitive than your skin is, since they're not alive. Realize also that it would be extremely diluted. Your face is not going to melt off in your sleep, the sheets would be gone while still in the washer before there's enough acid for that to happen. - The Knuckledragger 3rd Memorial Slow Forum Post
