I have had bad luck with using better wine for cooking. My understanding is, the cheaper the better -- and the reasoning, I was explained, is that it was more sugar and less dry, which is what you want (though in my case, it was Marsala). I wouldn't mind an extended answer to Shelly's question, because my experience is minimal. I mean, I'm a ... I'm a ... I'm a bachelor, myself, so minimal.

What stirred all this interest in 'Girls' all of a sudden? I've been hearing it outside this forum as well. Like, within the last 48 hours.

And coincidentally, that was my first thought as well. And then I had a sad about Twinkees' demise all over again. Even though I never eat them, it was kind of nice to know that they were out there. Now I'm going to have to go and have some Capt'n Crunch with ice cold whole milk for my sweetness overload. Two fortune cookie fortunes I had recently: "Too bad you don't" was my first thought. Yeah, I accidentally updated my sister's iTunes to 11, and didn't stop apologizing when I realize what I'd done. Even after she said, "don't worry about it", I still kept apologizing.

Unfortunately, Spotify does not have all of Blow by Blow. It does have Wired, though. And...yeah, this and Chick Corea/Return to Forever/Al Di Meola are -- to me -- the ultimate music. I would love to make music even half as good as this.

Bad shilling is worst shilling. I mean, c'mon, you're not even trying to establish why we should believe your opinion over others.
