Are you that evil (and cocky confident), that you feel you can announce it, and still not be rendered useless by some sort of magical defense? Here's the thing: idiocy and slack...er...whatever the "state" form of 'slacker' is -- they are both contributing to the general decline of the human population, I.E. evil-ness, of the natural variety. They don't even have to organize, because of the second law of thermodynamics -- the very nature of idiocy and slackness (hey!) contributes to the total entropy of the socio-ecosystem.

I don't think Amsterdam was mentioned seriously. Berlin? Personally, I wouldn't mind London, but the chances of me showing are < 50%, so weight my input accordingly.

I'm probably overstating things, but it's not the kind of first impression I want to make. And then again, I could be stating things quite plainly. I really should not have let it get so out of hand.

Am cleaning my office. New CFO doing a walk-through next week. I'll probably be looking for a job the week after, as I am nowhere near completion.

Hopefully it's something they can fix easily (broken adapter? broken port? broken touchscreen? bad battery?), rather than having you wait some more.

Would it be possible to put the drive in an external enclosure, attach to a different computer, delete the appropriate executables, and then try cleaning it? Just thinking outside the box, might be useless suggestion. (In my case, I'd just boot to my linux partition, mount the windows partition, and work on it that way.)
