last night's dinner:
chicken tenderloins, cut into cubes. yellow and red bell peppers, cut into cubes. Celery, chopped. Onions, chopped. 1/2 cup of emeril's spice blend. 1/2 cup of worchestershire sauce. 1/2 cup of pinot noir. 5 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped.
Saute' veggies and garlic in grape seed oil, add chicken and liquids, cook til done.
Was a decent cajun-ish chicken.
