I think plugging the ports won't solve your problem. Upgrading your amplification might. Head to the next meet justin will be at, and try it with a KGBHSE
The trick is they're almost never put up for sale. I'd buy a set for $30 just ot hear them tho, so I could finally have heard a grado lower in the lineup than the 225.
They don't have the 32gb at costco. I don't know how much the 16gbs are, I only looked at the 8. i kinda lean in the "if it can't hold it all, it may as well be cheap" direction.
you can de-region it with mac the ripper on the mac, and there are programs out to extract audio. But I've not done it, so I can only point you in that direction.
You'll find a pair of sr225s used more easily than sr60s, and they resell quickly. So they're almost no risk at all. And watch for a bit and you can generally find them for $150 with flats, or $140 without.
I'd recommend getting 225s if you can find them used and afford it. Those are the easiest to resell, and are, in my opinion, the sweet spot in the lineup.
