Dirty Projectors -- Bitte Orca Vinyl. Very fine.

Just ordered them. I'll let you know. But the consensus online seems to be they are very good. I have their latest album here and it's the first where they didn't record to analog tape. But even that still sounds much, much better on the vinyl than on the accompanying CD.

I'm sure the LPs will be real happy when the entire first batch is given away to friends and family and it is then discovered there is no market for the second run except the freaks, who all have two free pairs already.

Just remember that everything you buy will at some stage be puked on (and worse) by your little bundle of joy and probably punted across the room by you at least once when it fails to assemble/collapse/function properly. So don't get too dazzled by teh shiny.

Built To Spill -- There Is No Enemy Vinyl. This is a killer album. Every time I listen to it I like it more.
