It will work with AT&T but will not have access to their 3G network, because that's on a different band that its radio doesn't support. Suspect that's a nonstarter for most people. The only thing I covet is the N wireless. EDIT: Penger > Stretch.

Pinocchio loaded up fine, and is playing fine. If it's just this title that's a problem, then I think you have a dodgy disc. If it's other Disney titles too, you should probably call Oppo support and see what they think. Update to the latest firmware anyway and have another go.

That's weird. My BDP-83 has yet to choke on a single disc and it's recently gobbled through everything Pixar has put out plus a bunch of the latest Disney BDs -- Bolt, Sleeping Beauty etc. We have the BD of Pinocchio here but haven't tried it on that machine. I will do so right now, but I'm guessing you have a unit-specific issue as Oppo are very proactive with firmware fixes for known glitches with specific titles. BRB.

PayPal is horrible, period. Part of their business model is the sequestering of funds on the (proven) assumption that a portion of these will simply never be reclaimed and can then fall right through to the bottom line. Do not EVER link your PP account to your primary bank account. There are many, many stories of large, random dips with repayment stonewalled right up until the initiation of legal action. If PayPal wasn't so ubiquitous in our gear trading milieu, I wouldn't touch them with a ten-foot pole.

Just ordered them. I'll let you know. But the consensus online seems to be they are very good. I have their latest album here and it's the first where they didn't record to analog tape. But even that still sounds much, much better on the vinyl than on the accompanying CD.
