I currently have one of their workstands and use it for general duty as a rack too. This one will allow safe storage of the MTB or road bike while one or the other is occupying the workstand instead of simply leaning against the wall.

Yeah, no way you should be paying to ship back something you didn't order. They emailed me a prepaid UPS label within an hour of calling CS.

I got an email from Newegg last night that said the following: I called the CS contact that I was given and they stated that as soon as the incorrect item was returned (with the prepaid label they provided) that they would overnight me the correct Synology DS-508. So I'm hopeful that the second time will be the charm.

Called NewEgg. Package is being RMA'd and it'll take at least a week to get my $$ back and it's highly likely that the 3rd party that fulfilled the order is a fuck up.
