Sitting in my mom's hospital room as I type. The surgeon told us that the operation went perfectly, and she actually finished about a half hour ahead of schedule. My hell weekend is just about over. Seriously, thank you guys for the well wishes. It has been a solid year that we've been expecting this surgery and I'm really fucking happy it's done. Of course my mom has a battle ahead of her but she's got the ace in the hole already so I'm not worried about it.

Going home today, funeral at 1, staying over the weekend, mom's having surgery on monday. So far this semester is pretty stressful.

Just a minor fix, input was 6SN7 on the good ol' EC2A3. I would agree based on past conversations with both David and Ryan that EML should be pretty safe by this point. AVVT is long gone and I've not read anything negative about EML reliability in quite some time. Also x2 on Ryan's testament to EML 45's, I heard his last Moth running them a few times and they kicked some serious ass in every respect.
