No pictures but I had perfectly medium rare sous vide sirloin with boiled veggies in alfredo sauce. I also have larger steaks already in bags for lunch with friends tomorrow. Loving the Anova, do much easier, faster and more accurate. In particular like how the app adjusts for steak thickness.

I don't believe Merida is available in the US and I have never seen one. I would bet they are pretty good. These days most bikes are pretty good. I would find some professional reviews.

After much fucking around with it the laptop appears stable again. May have been a display driver overclocking issue.

Think I am going to stick with the slow cooker and temperature controller for a few months and at least wait until there is some great deal on one of the real machines.

Sous vide filet and chili-lime salad. Sous vide steak is insanely good.

Note that because of the flexible cancelation policy people can easily just stay there for short stays. I would expect that to continue

Interesting I rode Pro 3 for a bit but much preferred the 4000s. On the test bench they roll better and corner better but if you don't like the feel.... Also I do find they feel a but weird at first before they get some miles/kms in them.

Well I can probably sell you a good temperature sensor cheap in a while if the results are as expected
