Seared duck breast and braised leg, egg noodles, and baby bok choy, in a shiitake master sauce, with a side of the biggest, juciest onion rings I have ever seen and a 2010 Hook and Ladder Pinot Noir at Biga on the Banks along the Riverwalk in San Antonio. Yumyumyumyumyum!

Sound Proofing
Proper door bottoms and gasketing also make a big difference. I'd also look at how the ducting from the basement connects to the rest of the house.

Scrambled duck confit. Damn thing kept falling apart as I tried to move it. Tasted amazing though. 3 days firming in the fridge on salt+pepper, then roughly 18 hours at 162F in a bag of duck fat from previous confitings, then seared. Then masticated.

There are inverted electrostatic drivers, where the stators are biased and the diaphragm is driven. I have never seen them implemented for headphones though. Apparently there are significant benefits in sensitivity.- What are you EATING right now?
