Dusty, what marc means is the jh13 passive xover is not all electrical, but also due to a cavity in the housing the jh3a is missing, so you can't really just make an optional external xover cable for it.
Digital covers have always struck me as an almost ideal application for the 8 channel sabre dac. I can see how this would be applied, but I can't really see the use for me. I wonder if they will offer a cable with the xover parts in the 1/8" plug, so you can still use it portably?

First, they can't be 75ohm, exact same spacing from the pin to the ground as any other RCA. As for how to use them, I would go one wire of the pair to the center pin, the other to the outer ring, and the shield connected only on one side.
