I will almost certainly take you up on that, Scott. I would like to get in Thursday night, but no idea how likely that is considering the new job. Otherwise I will be there friday night-sunday night, barring unforeseen calamity.
It has been quite a while, but I didn't like them nearly as much. Mods are transforming, but they are probably worth playing with. In the stock housing though, I have preferred the older Fostex, T20v2 and T40v1.
Indeed they were. They could actually probably make it to your place for a visit next week, for a few weeks.
Right, quite good for a closed phone, and a phone which can be driven off a normal amp.
Oh yeah, for actual closed dynamic cans, I like the MB Quart QP805hs with o2 pads.
You can just plug it in, all that will happen is absolute phase will be switched. If you think you can hear this, the parasound has a button on the front panel which inverts it.
That is kind of my thinking, while living in the city will cost more, I am also more likely to enjoy it more. Could be dead wrong though. By Jersey, I am talking places like Hoboken and Jersey City.
Not sure yet, havn't found an apartment yet. There is some significant attraction to living in New Jersey, as the tax calculators I have checked out put that several grand lower each year than NYC, housing is cheaper, and it seems other stuff costs less as well. Also looking at places like Astoria.
Hah!
Fuuuuuuuuuu, that sucks about as much as anything can suck.
Special editions of Epica's The Divine Conspiracy and Design your Universe to get the bonus tracks. It is odd, ripping DYU SE produces FLAC files about 30mb larger than the normal edition, not counting the bonus track. Very large CD, 79 minutes of awesome music.
Thanks all, I am extremely excited.
It involves a move to NYC.
You, sir, are a wise man.
Congrats, Brent!
11/19/2010...
A very wise man.
It should, by all accounts.
Only about 4.5 hours, or just take the bus.
Right, because you don't know anyone living or soon to be living in that city.
