Maybe @Aura needs to dust off plans for a Chicago Canjam reunion now that it's been more like 12 years instead of 10 when he was promoting it back in the Before Times.

I like the vaguely Flintstones feel to it. 🥴 I'm amazed by the difficult projects you decide to take on as your first attempt to use a tool or learn a skill. I haven't even attempted a curve on my bandsaw let alone a complicated curved box. Give yourself some time to practice before deciding you aren't good at it, and maybe pick something easier to start off.

Now watch Hitchcock's film version. Claire needs to watch it a couple of times every year, and I can join for at least one per year. 😁

Doesn't matter how big the tank is if you let it get very low and cannot schedule a delivery for several days. When I was in Watertown MA our apartment oil tank ran out a couple of times and it sucked. Glad you survived, Knucks.

First indoor show since covid -- Jeff Tweedy at the Fillmore. He's added another son on backing vocals in addition to the drummer. We also found the poster for the show we saw 20 days before Sophie was born.

My take on Spanish style huevos con chorizo with Central American chorizo while in Tahoe for ski week. My eggs slipped before my photo opportunity but the flavor was great and the papas fritas were a big hit. Thanks for the inspiration Antonio and Steve.

Lessening the amount of S&P rub on the brisket always reminds me of the first time I used the secret Brisket Fairy ™ recipe. I could only get a dinky little flat at the local market but I used to entire amount meant for 8 or 10lb briskets that Naaman is used to. It had about a quarter inch of crust and intense salt and pepper flavor. We ate it anyway but it did make your heart race a bit. 😝
