October 4, 201015 yr Little tiny Snickers. nice pleonasm i've been looking for a ripe opportunity to use that word. Edited October 4, 201015 yr by 909
October 4, 201015 yr I love little tiny Snickers. We used to have little candies in the office all year long... then the stock market crashed on our candy bowl.
October 4, 201015 yr nice pleonasm i've been looking for a ripe opportunity to use that word. It wasn't too many words because my intention was to make it seem as small as possible.
October 4, 201015 yr I am neither having little snickers, nor tiny snickers, nor little tiny, nor little itty bitty tiny Snickers but I am having a delicious, mouthwatering yummy average medium sized Snickers bar from the vending machine.
October 4, 201015 yr I suppose that had too much money invested in something like Carob nuggets filled with wheat grass and SPAM, guess that wouldn't do too well.
October 4, 201015 yr It wasn't too many words because my intention was to make it seem as small as possible. i believe it also means two words to convey the same thing, like free gift.
October 4, 201015 yr This is what I meant, just in case. Reuben sandwich - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
October 5, 201015 yr i'm having a caprese salad made with tomatoes and basil a friend grew. really tasty. Very nice.
October 5, 201015 yr Could be, for all I know. I've eaten it my whole life and never really knew what's in it. I'd guess some kind of ground up bean thing in a pastry shell. Or Chinese brains. I'm sure some REAL Chinese person would know.

October 5, 201015 yr "A thick filling usually made from lotus seed paste is surrounded by a relatively thin (2-3 mm) crust and may contain yolks from salted duck eggs" according to Wikipedia. Sounds about right. No duck eggs in this one, but sometimes had them in the ones growing up. I don't actually buy this stuff. The hostess/cashier at the all you can eat Chinese buffet down the street gave them to me for free. She's always very friendly to me, probably because I'm always the only Chinese person in the whole joint. Anne says they should pay me to eat there, since I lend some authenticity to the place, which is otherwise filled with Mexicans and African-Americans. She also gets very excited about the kids, the fact that they can count to three in Chinese, and that they look just like their Chinese father, in spite of their mixed blood from my Caucasian wife. I don't have the heart to tell her they are both adopted from Kazakhstan, and they learned to count in Chinese from some video my Caucasian wife borrowed from the local library.
October 5, 201015 yr Threw some fresh mint in with the pasta tonight and it was quite nice. I think I will continue this in the future. Pasta = Jalapeno sausage, onion, and garlic (sauteed olive oil), mixed with cappellini, fresh diced tomatoes, mint, parmesan, salt and pepper.
October 5, 201015 yr sockeye sushi I'll have to work on getting the rice closer, but it was still a good experiment.
