It wasn't terrible but given that I was going to be sitting in grandstands at the Olympic trials, and because life is short, I took Imodium to resolve the situation. TMI, I know, but I bounced back into proper form and ate completely inappropriate foods for dinner. Thus, I give you Chicken and Doughnuts: beer and buttermilk brined chicken strips with sweet and smokey doughnut holes served with Sriracha maple dipping sauce. Pretty tasty along with some excellent beer at Bier Stein in Eugene. Report
