The details are here but he has Todd's TTVJ/Millett portable and other amps and never sent product on several sales. I guess the other option is that he is dead or in the hospital according to something Miguel Arroyo said, but it seems more likely he is just a prick.

It's still pretty unusual for someone to go from consistently dealing legitimately to suddenly ripping people off left, right and center. I'll be interested to hear the details when this is all settled.

December 4, 200817 yr It's happened before... If I remember correctly, and I do, this whole mess was the origin of my first ''not so nice'' private/public encounter with their mod. staff.... To this day, and strangely enough, I'm sort of proud of my 6 months ban for standing up against their legal interpretation of the buyer beware principle in that specific case.... Amicalement
