Closer for the night - A Boothby Manhattan.

2 oz Rye

1 oz sweet vermouth

2 dashes orange bitters

2 dashes Angostura bitters

1 oz Champagne

Stir the rye, vermouth, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add Maraschino cherry and float 1 oz on champagne on top.

And I like it. Very much.
