Michael Shannon was simply a beautiful choice for casting, and a real mensch for doing it and doing it right.

I have previously tallied the number of cunt punches in Kill Bill Vols. 1 & 2, but was unaware of the term cunt punt.  I approve of the term, and will have to use it in response to troll posts hereinafter, thusly:  "I sure hope grawk will cunt punt this troll outa here."
