September 3, 201510 yr Looks like it turned out great!After eating a couple pounds of meat at Franklin's yesterday I though I would try and stay a little healthier with fruits and veggies. Those pictures ruined it. I think I have some pork product in the fridge.....
September 3, 201510 yr It really did turn out great and was universally approved and appreciated. This knife is holding up the best of my collection, Jacob, although mostly because I use it the least. I need to get some sharpening done.
