Hey guys, just felt like bragging... some of you might recall i've been searching since I graduated in May. i just landed a pretty decent job doing software development. The company provides email hosting sort of similar to Gmail and has some pretty good clients. It's a very small startup (5 years old I feel). Ok, let's suppose that you're walking to the local bar/corner store/whatever and you have to cut through a small public park to get there. Currently, I'm driving a '91 Honda Accord with about 120,000 miles. It's in wonderful condition...but it has no AC. Now, living in Pittsburgh this wouldn't be a problem, but now I'm in Houston. Being in the software industry and with most of our customers being developers we don't run into that many stupid customers but man today I think we found a nominee for retard of the year. We recieved an email from a customer that was having problems placing an order on our website, the first thing I do is check the credit card processing log to see if the card was rejected. Low and behold it was but the funny part is that he tried to place the order 14 times with the following in the "card holder name" field: platinum Pplatinum Mastercard Master card platinum :laugh:
