I was actually able to consume the roast. Chewed with the good side of my mouth. The roast was very tender but needed more flavor.

Don't know. I have a friend who lusts over the private stock ones (US$7K+), won't touch the SEs, and therefore doesn't have any. There isn't a whole lot of discussion of the SEs on the PRS board, neither.
