I had Indian coffee this morning.

Had to roast this morning, I almost ran out of coffee. La Sampadrena from Columbia.

Looks yummy, grawk! Love the medium roast...nicely done. I cracked open a new bag of Columbian today as well... Love me my weekends... HS

III – The Grassy Knoll One of my favorite bands. This one is more relaxed-sounding than their first two albums. If you enjoyed some of Angelo Badalamenti's jazzier work in David Lynch's projects (Lost Highway, particularly), you might love The Grassy Knoll.

Scoop Vanilla Honey Lavender, Toasted Hazelnut, Chocolate, amongst the redwoods in Mayberry. And since we got a quart / pints, there is more for later ... ?

I'm not sure about the choice of finish color, but I do appreciate the extra woofer.

^^ A local dealer used to have these....they use an outboard crossover that is a full length component size. They also always made me think of one of my favorite brands, Gallo.....

Somehow Mindhunter’s second season is even better than its great first. For those who haven’t seen yet, don’t judge solely by the pilot (or title). David Fincher’s explorations here are pretty interesting.

This is the least Head Case thing I have ever read.

So build a giant enclosure and put one of those ovens that Mike suggested inside. Desired aesthetic plus 60sec pizza FTW.

We looked at those. The neighborhood party had 5 of those set up for pizza and it was awesome. I really want a huge pizza oven, mostly for the aesthetics, but wanted to try it out cheap on the BGE first before dumping 15-20k into a pizza oven.

Basically loving it so far, with the one exception that the shots seem pretty small. Don't know if it's just the coffee I have absorbing a lot of the initial water or what, but basically the best process so far seems to be to run a single through it, then a double, to get the volume/flavor right. I'm sure I'm not doing something exactly right but based on the research I've done I pretty much have the grind and tamp done right so that only leaves the machine. I did purchase the 3yr warrant thru Amazon so I'm not really worried. If it bugs me long term I'll get it replaced. Or I guess I could start monkeying with the settings and see what happens. Regardless, it was a good week of coffee.

Almost done casing the Dynahi. The input XLR sockets are temporary, waiting for the Neutrik ones to arrive. Also, cased the dual GRLV PSU which I will be using for both the SUSY Dynahi and balanced CFA. Two Antek 100VA transformers and the GRLVs are set for 30VDC rails.
