8 pointsMet Al, Claire, Sophie, Julia and Kaki at The Marshal Store for lunch. The oysters Rockefeller were pretty good, as was my pulled pork sandwich. Then off to Drake's beach to watch the Elephant seals. Also saw some large Elk near there, and a quite large Coyote. Then onto Pt. Reyes for a bit of browsing and buffalo ice cream and natural soda float.

50yo pair Here Come The Warm Jets by Brian Eno (1974) https://album.link/i/723783174 Example: His first solo - and it is all over the place - in the best way. He tried most things, and most of them worked. And a good Album Title. A clear contrast to: Country Life by Roxy Music (1974) https://album.link/i/724178403 Example: YouTube wont let me post the original song for some age restriction reason or something. There is no bad lyrics in here.. yeesh Oh well. Overall a fun album.1 point

50yo album time Autobahn by Kraftwerk (1974) https://album.link/i/726154713 (and yeah I don't know why they don't list QOBUZ as well) Example (THE track): This album is a lot more playful that I remember. I was very used to the later works where they seem more serious.1 point

How do you see/check that? Thread and comment Id numbers are much larger. If that's because my opinion is anathema... it's OK, I like Keira as an actress in other roles and she's kind of pretty.1 point

1 pointEnded the day with a ride in a Waymo (Robo taxi) for the full San Francisco experience. Absolutely insane. This is the future. For the first ten minutes it is a little nerve wrecking until you start to relax because it does such a good job.

0 pointsRIP Gordon Mah Ung, PCWorld editor and hardware journalist. He made occasional appearances on the GamersNexus YouTube channel. His spicy takes and ability to lambast industry incompetence and malfeasance was the stuff of legend. Pancreatic cancer is one of the absolute worst.0 points
