  1. Let the BBQing begin. Starting with some Baby Back Ribs. Using charcoal and some chunks of apple wood. They are at about 250F right now - hopefully I can keep them between 225-250. Guess those chimney starters get pretty hot. Guess we'll need to get some heavier bricks.
  2. The Char-griller Kamado looks pretty nice. I didn't want to get a ceramic grill becuase of the weight but that much be a little lighter.
  3. Finally put together the WSM. Perfect weekend to start smoking.
  4. Have fun baby-bonding Ric!
  5. Pictures please!!!

    ^This.
  14. I really like the Hibiki 12yr that I bought this week.
  15. Dinny: I really love the Think Tank Retrospective 5 and 10. Much better quality and comfort than my old Crumpler. If you wanted some thing really compact, you could get away with the 5 but it won't hold much more than the 10. The 10 will give you lots of room for camera, lenses, flash etc. I found that the 20 was much too large for me. Think Tank products are really great. If you want to also carry an ipad or 11" Air, you might want to wait for the 7. http://www.thinktankphoto.com/categories/shoulder-bags/retrospective.aspx
  16. That makes me want some cheese - not hard to do though.
  17. Happy Birthday Chris!
  18. Yep, I find them as or more comfortable than my customs.
  19. I like this point of view. I need some Bunnahabhain.
  20. Sounds fun Raffy! Congrat Chris! Losing weight is a real bitch if you don't like starving. Saw this on the way home today. Trucks and trees don't mix.
  21. My favorites are Costa Rican CooPalmares and Mysore Nuggets. Unfortunately, they haven't had either in a while so I have been drinking El Salvador Cerro Las Ranas lately. It is pretty nice.
