  1. Cook may change it up, but been $100 Apple iTunes/App Store gift card last two years. EDIT: And this year in Aus/NZ the same. And thanks for the wrist rest feedback everyone.

  3. You're right. My bad. Guess I thought it didn't because my large hands felt cramped and I doesn't fully leverage it in test uses. Rephrasing, anyone with large hands have issues long term?
  4. For those with 11-inchers, does the lack of a wrist rest ever cause problems on various surfaces (especially if you tend to use them normally)?
  5. Speaking of performances... video
  6. SEAGAL! CHECHNYA! DANCINGISH!
  7. Yep, that superior album lead me to pick this one up yesterday. Not sure you can have too much for the after hours. Fun to jump between him and Jimmy Scott.

  9. Happy day all. Interestingly the below are fighting it out on Twitter. "Anyone can be a FATHER, but it takes a real man to be a DAD." "Anyone can be a DAD, but it takes a real man to be a FATHER."

  14. Mine just updated today. On LTE currently. Haven't noticed anything unusual yet.
  15. The larger the screen the more reflections. Actually, pulled up the NYTimes on both and still text advantages with the rMBP. Doubt the screen has changed on the new MBA, so its screen still quite usable, but if you were doing lots of reading... like in college..
  16. In that case... cool.
  17. Went into Apple's new Palo Alto store today to compare rMBP and MBA screens. It's a testament to Apple's attention to detail that the structure seemed perfectly designed to allow as much light in and cast as many reflections as humanly possible. It's not exaggerating to say it was like being outside, with mirrors added. Look at the shadows in my shot below. The iPads for instance were aimed up at the glass ceiling. Sure it's better at night, but what were they thinking - it never gets sunny in Silicon Valley? Weird. Steve's ghost where are you?

  21. Your comparison are belong to BadAssHeadphones. Sennheiser HD700 and HD800 both are high end models and thus quite expensive. If you are confused while selecting one between the two, you need to analyze the different features of these headphones. Sennheiser HD800 is more costly but the audio quality is awesome. This post provides a detailed comparison between the HD 700 and HD 800...
  22. Suppose it depends on how you define bright. In my experience it's more treble emphasized and cringe worthy. If the production was like the prototype add me to the 'skip it' list.
  23. Damn, Apple is good at these kind of vids.
