You mention that you think your gfx card is getting hot (too hot??) what temp readings are you getting from it? The 8800 series cards that are based on the older G80 90nm chips run awfully hot. 60+C at idle and up in the 80Cs under load are common and completely safe.

Yeah Comcast and Tivo signed a deal a little over a year ago now. Comcast is or was the last time I heard planning to slowly roll out the Tivo software. Very slowly, starting in the New England area first hence why Nate is getting it.

There's only two seasons left after this year, but yeah last nights ep was amazing.

Thats a good point, I really think the big advantage of the Pico is the dac so if your just looking at the amp only version then something like a mini3 would be worth checking out.

The ratings haven't been great this season thats for sure and it does seem like it won't make it past this season. At least the producers were prepared though, they apparently shot 2 different versions of this seasons last episode. One to act as a cliff-hanger if the show is returning and one to wrap up the story lines and be the series finale. There's also been some talk of a cable channel possibly picking it up for future seasons with the likely candidates being SciFi Channel and USA.

Anyone else love this show as much as I do? Solid story, great characters and all the conspiracies and suspense you could want. I hope CBS will pick it up for a full season next year as I really think it's one of the best shows on TV.
